How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in as little as 10 days, and up to twenty at the outside. We email you a tracking number the moment your unit ships, so you can follow it the whole way.
Is it really dead quiet?
Under 42 decibels — quieter than most fans you've owned. How quiet it actually is depends on the speed setting — on the lowest, you'll forget it's running. And you can plug in via USB-C any time, so running it for hours on end is no problem.
What's the real battery life?
Three to fifteen hours depending on speed. Plug in via USB-C any time and it runs indefinitely.
How does it compare to running the AC?
Most homes in Europe don't even have AC. For the ones that do — an AC unit costs roughly 90 cents to 1 euro 30 per hour to run. Aurazen draws four watts — about a cent per night. AC dries your sinuses. Aurazen moves the air against your skin without conditioning the whole room.
Will I still feel it from across the room?
Yes — though it is built to be personal first. The strongest setting reaches across a small bedroom.
Can I return it if it doesn't work for me?
Yes. If you're in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal — return it for any reason within 14 days of delivery. If it arrives damaged or defective, we cover the return. Get in touch and we'll send instructions.
